Trying to add more bulk and better abs

Hi, I'm 20yr, 5'8", 158lb, BF unsure what do you think? I mainly work out upper body and only heavy on calves for lower body. I usually lift 5 times a week if classes permit it.
Current Routine: Bench, Incline bench, DB press, DB incline, DB flies, Curls, Preacher curls, shoulders (not sure for names of the types usual I guess), dips, shrugs, calf raises, leg curls, machine leg press (light weight), crunches. Usually end with running for 2mi at faster than jogging.
Past injury: partially torn MCL never healed properly which is why I can only do about 1 squat with decent weight before it gives (only hurts when squatting down, kinda odd I think)
Sups: currently on ACL tren and tt40 (yeah the legal crap) added 12lbs in 3weeks and able to push more.

Go to the sticky at the top about training programs. Find something there and stick to it for at least 12 weeks. I personally like DC training VERY MUCH but will be switching over to straight sets as I am cutting and taking a break on my joints, ligaments, and tendons.
