    lost 10lbs in a week. scared sh..tless of losing more

    i just started conditioning for camp with the team and they ran the sh.it out of me and i was wondering if i am going to drop even more when i start my pct in a couple of days. i gained 30lbs on cycle. i was 280 and now im 269. last injection was a week ago.

    what do you think? i though i might have sweated out the water cuz i sweat alot

    Some of it is water, dont worry. Theres no way you are losing fat and muscle that fast, while you still are able to to cardio :P The weightsloss is not gonna be that big the rest of the time.

    Yeah i wish i would of lost a lil. I gained a lil more than i barganed for.....

    I don't hear many people complain about losing weight. Wish I would have that problem.

    Drink more fluids and eat more calories to compensate for the extra activity.

    water...if you were on a test cycle you were prob retaining a lot of water.

    Agree to up your calories to compensate and lower your volume of weight training during pct (especially with all that possibly catabolic running during pct)
