First off thanks to everybody in here who's been giving me solid advice. Since i've already gotten some advice here i got another one. Ok when i do my bicep routine i'm noticing my left arm is weaker than the right. And yes i know this is a common problem. Also my bicep is just now starting to look a lil smaller than my right/a lil less cut. My forearm too is a lil smaller/less cut now. So seems like basically what ppl do is add more sets to the weaker side. But my question is how many? can i lower the weight? should i keep the weight the same so i can up the power level?
