hi, ive been doing alot of research on pct workouts but havent yet found as much as id like. i know so far that i should train each muscle once a week. reduce reps. reduce volume. keep intensity high, have 3 day a week workouts and stick to basic workouts.
I have been training each muscle twice a week during my cycle. for chest id do around 12 sets (4 different excersises) and biceps around 9 sets(3 different excercises) and of course the other muscles. Each set was between 6 and 10 reps. So now during my pct workouts should i reduce my bicep 9sets to say 4 ? and chest to 6? and how many reps should i do, 6?
