deadlift question?
do u do deadlift with squat or u just leave it for the back workout coz i cant do deadlift on back i am doing:
t-bar rows
pullups
bent rows
pulldown machine
and i use very heavy weight so i cant do a clean deadlift after this workout do u advise me to do deadlift on the next day with the squat?

doing deadlift and squt on the same day can be a task, especially ifyou go heavy weight low reps on both. the best way to do it,IMO, is to do deadlift first on squat day as it is the best strength builder for back. follow it with pullups and one row either tbar or bent works best. that is the exact back workout I started 3 weeks ago and have already gone up in deads from 315 sets of four to 365 sets of four. if you go heavy enough on deads you'll find the pullups and rows much more difficult than before. give it a try bro I think youll like it

I go with deadlifts on back day .. and I rotate excercises every week to keep it fresh.
