Just gotta do it man. Regardless of what anyone says, no one enjoys going to the gym every single time they are in there. But that is not excuse to not have an intense workout every single time you are in there. What I do is think about how I will feel if I dont go, or think back to a time that a said F it and just went home after work, and how shiiiity it made me feel about myself (make sure you arent confusing laziness with over-training tho, if this is a constant feeling of lethargy and not being motivated, you may be over-training and your body might just need the day off). Not wanting to have that feeling is motivation enough for me. Other than that, try a cup of coffee or other caffeine source, then you will feel like you have to go to the gym just to burn off the hyperness, lol. Ummm, not sure what kind of music you listen to, but if your into anything hard at all, or for that matter anything that pumps you up, throw that on as soon as you get in the car. I dont know about you, but sometimes the hardest part is just getting there, once your into you routine its all good.

after going for a few months and seeing your progress you cant help but go. if you dont go you feel like a fat p.o.s. and you arent living your life properly. at least thats what its like for me.

so the motivation is knowing that im gonna be building more muscle each time i go, no matter how small the gain at least im gaining something.

    Think about it like this...

You only have a certain amount of time to workout and grow each year. You miss a workout and you are falling that much further behind. Same with meals...you miss a meal and it can't be made up properly.

You miss it and that's it...you're NEVER getting it back! That should piss you off!

Absolutely, well put! Its scary when you think that you only have what like 52 workouts or so per year for each body part....Im making every week, every workout, every set, and every rep count as much as possible.

I never say I "have" to go work out. I say I "get" to go work out. Even on my bad days it's the one of the things I look forward to the most.

I just started back to workout after a 2 month long off. I've tried to go to gym (new gym) without plan. My motivation fell off when wondering what I should do as next exercice.

Now I'm trying to plan some workout so that all is left to do is lifting.

You need to have goals, so u have things to look forward to achiveing. IF weightroom goals dont help maybe trying to look sexy for a girl or just basically to stay healthly would be motivational enough goal for u to go to the gym
