3 0n 1 off split
Looking for a good way to include all muscle groups in a 3 on 1 off split? Running a test e only cycle looking to bulk.
Was doing 4 on 1 off
chest
shoulders/back
tri's/bi's
legs/abs
But looking to change things up. Any help from experianced lifters would be great. Thanks

back/bis/traps
i do a two day split but since i really don't prioritize legs b/c i am happy with their size (grow easily on me and have a herniated disk) i would personally go:
chest/bis
shoulders/legs
back/tris/traps
