my workout split, any advice? PLEASE CRITIQUE

mon- Chest, abs ( if i have energy, any lagging bodyparts after chest )
    tues - Legs (calves)
wed - Shlds then tris, abs
thur - back, bis, trap, forearms
    Fri - rest (Cardio day)
    Sat - REPEAT

I do my chest by itself on mon just because it needs the most improvement, so I hit it as hard as i possibly can, which wears me out for the day.

Any advice u guys have about my split?

I'm not on any cycle right now, but when i start, i will combine mon + weds workouts together.

Why does your chest need the most, is it because its thought of as a "show piece" muscle???

I think if more people put in the effort to do legs as much as arms or chest, wed see alot better chest and arm development in a few diff. ways.

My arms and back and legs are good. I have always had a weak chest and it needs a lot of catching up, so i like to make it a priority to bring it up.

The split looks fine to me. You didnt mention cardio, at 20% you def. need it.

yea, my cardio is done in the morning when I wake up, everyday. Also, I do light cardio right after every workout for 15-20 min.

I used a split a lot like that and it worked well. But easy to overtrain going 4 on 1 off (and the off is with cardio). I would add an extra rest day in there after leg.
