    Help with cardio

    I'm goin to start to add cardio into my training, i was thinking of doing it on tuesdays and thursdays and maybe saturdays which are my off days or should i add it to the end of my weight sessions. My main goal is to egt the benifets from cardio but try and prevent as much muscle loss as possible, how can i do this, any surgestions.

    Lot of options. I like cardio best 1 hour after having protein shake in morning or after workouts for 20-30 minutes.

    I run on the treadmill for about 20 mins after each workout. Ill keep it at a slow pace though (about 1 mile every 10 mins).
