    New work out help

    ive been reading up on it and are getting some mixed answers im trying to put more mass on my body and want to base my workout upon gaining mass and strength so what would be the best way to work out including number of reps for each set and how many sets for each muscle. and would it be good one week out of each month to work each muscle twice that one week? also should i work out differently since im on a cycle 300mg decca 250mg sustanon every 5 days

    If you want to put on mass then you will want to do this:

    1) Diet: Eat everything clean that you want - lean proteins, healthy fats, good carbs you want. During mass gaining i drink skim milk, eat whole wheat breads, sweet potatoes, tuna, etc... cheat meals here and there, not more than 3x week

    2) Training: Lower reps and rest more between sets. do less total sets but make them heavy sets that count 6-10 reps

    First of all I think its a bad idea you're on a cycle. Since you're already on, do you have a PCT planned? I would stick with compound movement lifts to gain mass. Squats, Deads, Bench, ect. Please do a whole lot of research before ever doing another cycle.
