    working out??

    iam working out monday, wednesday, friday, sunday. is that the best way to go about it or should i go monday, teusday, thursday, friday??

    This depends totally on you and your body. What works best for you? What do your workouts look like, what are your goals?

    I like working out sundays ! , Its my get out of jail card for weddings , christings ect !!!
