    Need a killer routine for getting shredded.....

    A month off my cycle and finishing PCT, looking to tone up now. For the past year I do a split like so: Mon-Back, Tues-Chest, Weds-Off, Thurs-Shoulders, Friday-Bicep and Tricep. Great results as far as adding strength and mass but now that I am off my cycle I'd like to cut up. Two weeks ago started doing solid cardio and abs after my routine but I'd like to change It up. Looking to get something Intense that will help me shed the most BF. What kinda routines/splits do yall have in mind?

    Of course diet is key, but i like to do some stupid sh## as well. Especially when i'm just coming off a cycle. I like high rep workouts and supersets. I might grab a 45lb and bench it 100 times, if you have to take a breath, do it at the top of the motion. I might also do seated cable rows(with straps) til total failure, maybe 70-90. I'll also do stupid leg presses with 315 for as many as i can.
    Then the next week go heavy for 6-8 reps. Then repeat. I'll tell you this, you really have to be motivated to go to the gym and do reps of 50-100. It makes you stronger i have no doubt. It helps immensely to get the oxygen to the blood and we all know that that promotes growth. Just constantly mix it up, and surprise yourself. It will help.
