A month off my cycle and finishing PCT, looking to tone up now. For the past year I do a split like so: Mon-Back, Tues-Chest, Weds-Off, Thurs-Shoulders, Friday-Bicep and Tricep. Great results as far as adding strength and mass but now that I am off my cycle I'd like to cut up. Two weeks ago started doing solid cardio and abs after my routine but I'd like to change It up. Looking to get something Intense that will help me shed the most BF. What kinda routines/splits do yall have in mind?
