    too eager to workout !

    i did chest and biceps two days ago and i want 4 more days or so to hurry up so i can do it again !!
    its my favorite.

    you can do it every other day if you really want just make sure u get at least one days rest. you should only do muscles about twice a week tho

    they say it takes at least 20 hours for muscles to recover, so a day or two off is best. if you lift weekends, you could do them monday wednesday saturday if you really wanted
