hammer curls are my favorite fro bi's.... tri press is my fav for tri's....jacking off is my favorite one for fore arms LOL.... jus remember you asked for my favorite not the best lol
bies- incline dumbell curls, standing barbell curls, rope cable curls.
tries- seated, behind the neck dumbell raises, skull crushers, dips.
forearms- get trained enough with other bodyparts
Drop Sets!!!!!!!!!!!!
bis: preacher curls, db incline, close grip, hammers
tris: skull crushers, cg bench, angled bar pressdown
for: palms-up barbell wrist curl over a bench, reverse preacher curls
bis - bb curls, db curls, hammer curls
tris - dips, bb extensions(overhead), db extensions
bis - hammer curls, single arm preacher curls, concentration curls, cable curls
tris - single arm dumbell extensions, close grip bench, rope pull downs, dips to failure
Here is my fav arm workout: A version of Arnolds, so kinda high volume
1. Close Grip Bench 4x8x12
2. Straight Bar Curls 4x6-9
3. Alt DB Curls 8-12
super set 3x
Tri cable ext 8-12
4. Preacher Bench curl 8-12
super set 3x
2 hand overhead db tri ext 8-12
(use the preacher curl bench and flip around to do tricep db ext so your at a slight incline angle, this way gravity will further stress the tricep at the top of the movement)
Close Grip Bench/closegrip knuckle push up supset
weighted dips
cable tri ext
skullcrusher closegrip bench supset
rope
Straight Bar Curls
alt dumbell curls
preacher curl
21's
cable curls
close grip bp
skullcrushers using dbs
pressdowns
hammer curls (dbs and rope)
incline curls
ez curl bar standing
