    I am getting WAY TOO STRONG!!!

    i am on my week 8 of my cycle and my strength changes are through the roof i am lifting weights i never touched before. Everybody in the gym definetly suspects juice!! lol i just tell them i ve been eating a lot.
    Now with agressive pct and good diet how much can i maintain?? Suprisingly i am only using low dosage of gear. I am gonna be upset if i dont get too keep at least 60 %. By the way repping 225 on free incline bench 10 times on my last set be considered pretty strong??

    That depends on your stats, if you are 250 lbs its nothing really to brag about, if you are 150 lbs it would be impressive.

    I use to do reps of 220-230 on my bench. Im 5"10 and was 200lbs at the time. I havent touched steroids yet. Im not into strength training anymore though.

    way too strong, lol.

    I think the titles a bit misleading.

    how old are you? at 192lbs you definitely could have waited a while longer until you began juicing. with an aggressive PCT,a PAR diet, and intense training, you should be able to maintain at least 75-80% of your gains.

    with agressive PCT you should keep a decent amount. 225 on incline is nothing to brag about, but at the same time its not like thats whimpy either. your thread title is pretty silly though..

    when you are doing 405 for 10 on incline you can write about how strong you are getting. pump up your next cycle and let us know how great you are.
