I have done the 5 - 4 - 3 - 2 - 1 workout before, but the percentages i was using was just an estimate. I have exact percentages on everything else except this. Does anyone know the percentages used for this workout?

i dont but if you could please post up the other work out %'s like 321,333, etc

Take a day and do a one rep max. that will be you 100% then do the math for the 80% and so on. to make it easy for you if your max is 300 pounds then your 80% is 240 pounds and so on. good luck bro!!!!
How many reps do you do for the 5-4-3-2-1 workout?
first set 5 reps sencond set 4 reps third set 3 reps etc.....
