Hey bros i need some help in figuring this out nobody i know can explain this to me. Whenever i do curls of any type i never get a burn in my biceps the only place i get a burn is in my shoulder i make sure they are back with my elbows out but nothing seems to work i even do concentrated curls and the same thing im getting real pissed ive tried everything please reply any suggestions our comments would be greatly appreciated![]()
