That stuff is intense. IM going to let you in a secret to getting massively big and strong.
Eat like a goon, literally eat your way through training plateus. Train harder everytime you work out. Use the basic exercises with perfect form, GO HARD! If you arent sore the next day you arent going hard enough. Steroids will make results from this come MUCH faster, you will be able to workout longer, harder, and recover quicker. Take advantage and work that much harder, and you will grow literally in days. Basic multijoint exercises are the way to go. Personally deadlift, squat, bench will hit you like nothing else and make you strong in EVERYTHING.
