    anyone shift from body parts 2x a week to 1x?

    I have been doing each body part twice a week for over a year. I have made excellent gains in strength, size, and endurance. Lately, I have been very tired and not throwing around the weight as much as I used to. I'm on my 9th week of test, which is when my strength and endurance should be at it's peak (gear is definitely real). However, I can't seem to make any progress lately. Someone suggested that I need to knock each body part down to 1x a week. Do you think it would cause any harm shifting from 2x a week to once? Thanks for responses.

    everyone's body is different. also depends on your diet, sleep habits,ect. try working them 1x a week and see how things go and what works best for ya

    No it won't harm you to switch, you need to switch it up. You might even go to 3x a week, I know you think that is crazy but steroids change the game. But more than likely you might wanna take a few days off and get on a new program. Once a week would be fine just make sure when you do that one bodypart to really pound it so it is sore. Look into the FST-7 routine....

    Sounds like you've been overtraining. I agree with knocking it down to once a week and giving your muscles more time to rest and grow.

    G its probably all that jerking off you been doing, LMAO!!! Just playin my dude, yeah it could be your body telling you that you dont need to hit everything twice a week anymore. I know your progressing FAST size and strength wise so you may just want to switch to once a week and see what happens. Bodybuilding is all about experimenting with different training and nutrition strategies and seeing waht works best for YOU, not what works for someone else. Check out this thread from a while back, it pretty much breaks down my views on under and over-training. One more thing you should be keeping in check is not taking every set to failure, one to two sets per exercise to failure is plenty............Oh and be sure to not over-train during PCT. A lot of people feel they need to work harder when coming off a cycle but this can actually end up being counter-productive, just go thru your normal workout, no more - no less. http://forums.steroid.com/showthread.php?t=348821

    I need to consistantly change my freaquency to keep making progresss. I usually go from 1x then 3x then 2x a week, usually within a 1-2 month span.

    Theres so many facotrs that could be affecting your gains at this point.. You should be gaining rapidly and having enormouse amounts of energy..Most likely has something to do with overtraining, sleep patterns, or even drugs/alcohool
