I have been doing each body part twice a week for over a year. I have made excellent gains in strength, size, and endurance. Lately, I have been very tired and not throwing around the weight as much as I used to. I'm on my 9th week of test, which is when my strength and endurance should be at it's peak (gear is definitely real). However, I can't seem to make any progress lately. Someone suggested that I need to knock each body part down to 1x a week. Do you think it would cause any harm shifting from 2x a week to once? Thanks for responses.
