was wondering if anyone has ever tried a routine like this.
after warming up superset extensions with bar squats. obviously wouldnt be able to squat as much but dunnno.

In a Super Squat routine on here somewhere.
You pre-exhaust with 3 supersets of light leg extensions and leg curls.
Then you move to squat rack, and bust out 20 rep squats.
ok so after the squats should i hit some leg presses to finish the quads and some stiff legs for the hams?
just finished the superset pre-exhaust. yea i liked it the legs hated it i have never really done that high of reps for my squats and realized i should have been. finished off with one legged presses for quads and stiff legs for hams. nice.
