    abs on cycle

    hey guys i am in my week 4 of my 10 week cycle,this is my second cycle
    week 1-6 : 70mg dbol
    week 1-10: 500 mg test e

    now after i finish with the 6th week and stop the dbol,can i start working out for my abs as well???i have a tendency of not retaining water weight and make clean gains,a friend said not to do abs on cycle saying that it would increase the muscle in size and this and that!!so what do you guys say???

    Isn't that what the ultimate goal is? I always works my abs off/on cycle

    Abs are one of the muscles that can be worked EVERY DAY. They do not need a break.

    one dedicated all out ab day, a couple exercises every other day, or one exercise every day you w/o... it doesn't matter. find out what works for you and go for it. abs are important for general athletic stability as well as asthetics. all (ok... most) movement stems from your core. a healthy core will help prevent a myriad of injuries and pains. make sure you're hitting your transverse abdominis with some sort of exercise. on/off cycle... it doesn't matter. hit'em up.

    Damn 70mg for dbol? Are you using it for a kicker?

    Is that like saying "here take roids, but don't do curls, it will make your biceps big."

    WTF? Work your abs every day. And even more on cycle.

    Abs shouldn't be worked every day. They are muscles and need rest just like every other muscle.
