i am wondering how i should workout while on an mdrol cycle? this is how it looks now. as of now i always start heavy rest longer then decrease rest and increase reps/lower weight as workout progresses.
chest/tri-12-13 working sets for chest,start heavy5-8 range with 2 min rests,then as exercises progress i tapper the rests down around 1-130 min with reps also increasing.
9 working sets for tris
back-15-17 working sets mostly pullups,bent rows and deads.2min to 1 min rests
arms-12 sets for bis,12 sets for tris
legs-12 sets for quads,squats,hacks,extends.
8 for hams,stiff leg deads and leg curls
9 sets for calves
shoulders-12-14 sets for shoulders i hit all heads
traps-9 sets bar shrugs and db shrugs.
do abs about 2 times a week and cardio about 4.
any suggestions on if and how i should change this up while on a mdrol cycle please. more volume,intensity or just lift only heavy with low reps?
