My lower and mid section are getting firm just how i want them.. but the higher part..

look at your rib cage the bottom of it.. Should go between your belly button and your chest..
I need to get that firm..

My favorite exercise for upper and middle abs is cable crunches. That way you can use heavy weight to do 10-15 reps, which hits mine the best.
