I have just started lifting this April. I keep hearing "if you dont feel it the next day, you're doing something wrong." Well I work my ass off and pretty much go till the muscles give out... but I dont feel much the next day. I'm ectomorphic so I do 6 heavy reps, 5 sets, and maybe 3-4 exercises per body part. At the end, as I said I pretty much can't lift any more. Am I just lucky and a fast healer?![]()
