    Thigh Development....??

    Thigh Abductor and Inner Thigh Machines?

    Anyone use these machines?

    I have tried them several times...and hardly felt anything. The Abductor is suppose to help work the the thighs, glutes and hips. The Inner Thigh Machine...supposedly works the inner thigh muscles...

    Again....i've never really felt any pain the next day from using either of these machines....but i thought to ask on the forum.

    I'm doing about 3 sets...using the Max weight i can use...for about 12 reps.

    Maybe i'm doing something wrong??

    When you say "the max weight" do you mean the max available on the machine?

    Leg press and cardio have always been the best for my leg development.

    Okay I lied. Cheerleading has.

    But outside of those things, I would defintely say leg press and lower body [obviously] cardio.

    thanks people...

    Yeah...i was talking to guy doing them today...and his response was...he never felt anything the next day. Although...he got a good burn from doing them...Whatever!
