You should be sure to work the pectoralis major with Decline Dumbell Presses or Decline Barbell Presses.
Other than that - as far as your "outer pec" goes... a lot of your muscular shape is hereditary. Which is why no two bodybuilders look exactly the same.
flies are a good way to go, there are about a million variations of flies- incline/flat/decline DB flies, HI pully crossovers, low pully crossovers, and u can do the crossovers standing up, leaning forward or even on a flat/incline/decline bench, i'm sure there's more out there but these are the basic ones out there
