It's great for cardio and doesn't beat up your joints like running can.
Is this all you will be doing for cardio or will there be other forms of cardio on different days?
i use to swim couple times a day but if you have much muscle you better know how to swim lol i sink like a brick. i can have a life jacket on at the lake and if i expel the air from my lugs i still go under lol
