    Cardio

    Does it make a difference if u perform cardio after weight training session, is it better to do it on off days or lift weight am and cardio pm.

    Yes, do it after your training. Unless you are doing early in the morning a few hours before your workout. You want to save all your energy for lifting weights. Lean body mass is your focus and it will burn more calories the more you have.
