Depends on your level. I wouldn't progress with such little exercise but thats just me. Not enough work on the chest, one specific exercise for the hams, and nothing that will target you rear delt specially. Whats your bf% btw

Yeah I guess follow the routine and tweak it, I'd personally do something else. How long you been on the cyp for? The whole 2.7 lbs you gained is probably not all muscle, wait a minute.

this is my 7th week, i started at at 184 lb, and at about 13.5-% bf im down to 13% now. i know the weight ive added is not purely muscle some of it is water and probably fat, i follow a diet and try to eat as lean as possible, this diet was given to me by a nutritionist.

it has no cardio .. im not a fan of zero cardio even when bulking it may seem counter productive but .. gotta work most important muscle.. heart

but since its every other day, it doesnt seem like a poor plan ..it seems like one you can keep long-term which is important

i hit 1 muscle a week over a 5 day span because i like to do cardio and work my abs
    chest
    legs
    back
    bi/tri
    shoulders

but i tried the 2 muscle a day routine also, and i was too exhausted to do any cardio which i find extremely important in any workout plan
i would skip forearms and abs also after going hard on those 2 muscles, and every muscle even tiny ones should be hit so its all balanced together .. but i find 2 muscles a day pretty tearing , i rather span it out

sometimes a little bit less is better

Agree with the most important muscle, i do cardio but not everyday, i leave for my days off so i do 3 or 4 days of cardio a week. its really important in a cycle too, cause u add more weight fast and ur heart gets like more pressure, i stopped doing cardio when i started the cycle, but i started to do it again cause i just got tired when i walked or run too much, i didnt have the same resistance as i did before.
as far as abs i exercise them occasionally, when i have time mostly in my house, and forearms i do them at work, i got a dumbbell there so i just do some basic forearm exercises

Ok that sounds good. For a second I thought you had only gained 2lbs in 7 weeks. Sounds like its working, If you have any other questions don't hesitate to ask!

You guys have to remember there is a difference b/w over-training and over-reaching.
