    need some suggestion/advice

    hey-
    my quads are improving more in size but not my hammy, what exercise technique do u think i should start doing to bring both them to equal size?

    any thoughts will be appreciated.

    squats take em deep, stiff leg dead lifts. I suppose you just need to target them as a weak point. do several sets of just hamstring exercises to make sure they are blasted.

    You have to treat the hamstrings like you would your back, chest, bis, etc. Thats the main reason people tend to lack the develop.

    Hit 3-4 exercises for your hamstrings, maybe separate your leg days. I did this for a while. One day for quads another for hamstrings.

    Stiff Deads are the king of hamstring exercises, of course the curls as well. Single, lying, seated.

    Try doing all 4 exercises listed above for 3 sets a piece and see how it goes.
