    weights/cardio problem

im a boxer so cardio is vital to my workout. recently i have stopped cardio to increase muscle. i lose alot of muscle while doing cardio so i thought id ask for help here. how can i maintain/increase my muscle and size while still doing cardio. i find it really hard, it's a huge struggle because i need stamina and speed but at the same time my power and strength is equally important if not more to me.

i just started my first cycle ever also. i'm on sus250 for 2 months to give myself a boost in strength and size. any advice would be greatly appreciated.

To me it will be really difficult. Doing all that cardio makes it hard for the body to add muscle. low doses of juice may help. good luck.

do all your weight training before your boxing stuff. That way you can put all your energy into that and get some good muscle building. If you eat the right amount of calories, you shouldn't be losing muscle really.
