    working on definition

    ok i have a problem, i am gaining mass quickly but i dont have a lot of definition unless i flex, should i stop doing sexts 5 reps x 4 sets
    and start doing say reps of 15 x 4 sets?
    im starting to eat healthy also, should i do cardio and stuff

    help needed thanks

    It's all about diet and cardio.

    so should i just keep lifting heavy do a lot of cardio and eat good?

    Training to define your muscles requires training for more reps than for strength and bulk. Don't lift too heavy and max out but dont lift too light either, pick a challenging weight and incorporate drop sets and supersets and keep it intense to tear more tissue down.

    Bump up cardio and remember that diet is whats going to make or break you. Hit up the diet section and read about cutters, learn what works for your body and make sure to be eating enough protein.

    How well you can see your definition is pretty much dependent on bf%. Work on lowering that by diet and cardio and see where it takes you.

    lower your rest intervals between sets also which would mean supersets and drop sets like mentioned

    but yea diet+ cardio = success

    supersets.. im kinda confused

    what kind of supersets can i do for my chest and arms?

    Definition is ALL about cardio and diet.
