    Training suggestions

guys, im sick of working out and not growing, im at 208, and im sure i hit a plateu. my current routine is:

    mon-Chest/Tric
    Tuesday-Back/Bicep
    wed-shoulder/traps
    Thurs-Legs
    friday-same as monday
    Saturday-same as tuesday

I think im not giving my self enough time for recovery, and im thinking of doing one body part a day, like:

    monday-chest
    tuesday-biceps
    wednesd-back
    thursday-legs
    friday-shoulder and traps

I am looking for maximun gains.
    sugestions will be apreciated.

    Thanks

    Big 83

For maximum gain you need vitamin T (test, LOL)

Just kidding man, your routine looks almost like mine. I suggest eating really well and sleeping 9 hours. I switched from 7 hours to 9 hours of sleep and went from being lethargic to feeling 5 years younger.

maybe do a 2 day on, 1 day off workout schedule

    or
mine is mon, tue, thur, fri.
plenty of time to recover and if you hit the weights hard.. youll get results

use both clomid and nolva. maybe some aromisin if you can get it. if not then use the letro but when your coming off the letro. still run the nolva for a bit so you dont have the rebound affect of letro

I suggest you don't do legs then back so close, or vise-versa. Put a day in between them for optimum results

or just be sure not to do heavy compound moves for both muscle groups on the same week.

    one week. go heavy squats

the next week go heavy deads.

lol. and listen to you. a few days between back and legs is a good thing also!! then you can really go heavy for each muscle group when you want. with plenty of time for your CNS to recover.
