do you think im over workin certain muscles?
mon- chest n tris abs
tues- legs abs
wens-shoulders n traps
thrus- chest tris n bis
fri- back abs
sat-10 miles
sun- all u can eat buffet
each of these workouts are extremely thorough for ex:
chest i do 4 set bench 12 10 10 8, db incline 5x5, weighted dips 3x10, cable x's 3x10, then a pushup circuit. each muscle group is trained this hard and in the same manor and i have done this workout for the past 6 months and gained increadible strength definition and size. But this workout should be overtraining the shit out of everything.... could i be hurting myself in the long run n not knowing? should i back down n go 45min a day 4 days a week?
