Looks pretty good just really stretch on those flys. But don't hurt your shoulders

maybe ease up on the amount of sets your doing, it seems borderline overtraining

dips. make sure you lean forward pretty far. takes the focus off the tris and really hits the inner and lower chest. make sure you go down as deep as you can and fully flex at the peak.

    i second this.

i would switch it up. focus on 3 main excercises to hit the 3 main chest points (upper, lower, inner)

some of it is genetics. i would keep that in mind. you will look like you. sometimes people dont like accepting that fact. you cant change how the muscle attaches to the bone. just imo

    Wink

Like Adam stated it's mostly genetics.

My advise to you is-try twice a week chest training for an 8-12 week blast with volume using the same exercises each training session. This can shock them in to growing! Then go back to training the chest once a week with less volume and see what happens.

I second the dips too, good to throw in there for a change up.

you can't specifically target the inner portion of your chest, the shape is mostly determined by genetics. the best thing you can do is keep adding mass.
