Cardio straight after weights - On
Tren 100mg/ed, Prop 100mg/day. Cutting.
For example, would jumping straight on the stairclimber after a weights session be beneficial for fat loss? Or would/could it cause catabolism and/or overtraining.Last edited by Maverick_J8; 10-04-2008 at 04:54 AM.

4-5lbs (visual estimate) pounds above this pic. (see thread). Under 10 for sure.
Are the strength gains from a cutter keeps post-cycle?
