    Cardio straight after weights - On

    Tren 100mg/ed, Prop 100mg/day. Cutting.

    For example, would jumping straight on the stairclimber after a weights session be beneficial for fat loss? Or would/could it cause catabolism and/or overtraining.

    This all depends on your current workout and diet imo.
