Both.
I like both. Switching. Dbs are good to. I WO on my own, with no spotter and i can actually go to failure with dbs cos if i find if impossible to lift i just let them go to the floor. On the other hand the bb will crush me.
Although for some reason i find working incline with BB and flat with Dbs get me more pumped.
I mix them up every week or two

Of course dumbbells are harder, but spend alot of your time and workout on balance and on barbells you can isolate alot easier I think in the way of chest.
i usually do a BB and a DB press as my main exercises on chest day, alternating the variations around.
last 2 chest workouts i`ve missed out barbell and just done DB
felt more tired and pumped in the chest area but also in triceps, day after t i was alot stiffer in the outer pec area
mainly DB, mix it up as needed
i do 4 weeks or so of one and then switch
i prefer dumbells cus i seem to feel them more the next day(doms i mean)and get good results while using less weight.but like most peeps i also mix it up to confuse the muscels and prevent boredom.
i do both in the same workout
Both are great and should used but I love the fact that you can hit it super hard with D-bells and not have to worry about a spotter.
one week try just dumbells for all excersizes and the next do just barbell and see what works for you.then use the ones that you liked and mix them up.
