Been doing a new training split and things are going better than before. Currently am doing a 3 on 1 off approach. My question is I know your bodys CNS it what really has to recovry and stuff in order to make progressive gains, why resting is important.
Was wondering, if I do cardio for an hour on my off days, no weight training just cardio on off days will this negativly effect my recovery or in order to ully recover must I stay out of the gym entirely?
