cardio and shrinking?
I'm only 23 years old.. I was about 30lbs overweight and have really leaned out in the past 3 years or so. I had cycled an ECA stack and ran on an empty stomach using only the eliptical machine. I don't know what it is, but I feel like and i'm pretty sure i've lost an inch or two over htos years. My legs look like mini stumps in comparison to my torso.
Could doing no impact running on the eliptical have screwed me!?! I may start cycling/stretching/running on a treadmill then hanging my legs with ankle weights or something to try and regain what i've lost.... any ideas?!

Yeah. Maybe my legs are just skinny as F*** in comparison to the rest of my body... I measured myself and im an inch shorter than my license which was renewed 2yrs ago... (same type of shoes worn)

The only exercise I know of which can cause you to shrink is squats at very heavy weights. Some people experience spinal compression but I think it would take very high weight for that to happen.
