    Single Least Favorite workout?

    What is your least favorite workout in the gym?

    the big compound movements when your alrdy fried and trying to get out that last set or two

    lol i kinda meant specifically but w/e haha like skull crushers, bench press, curls.......mine is peobably hyper extensions

    Leg curls. (I always seem to cramp up afterwards)

    Deads and Squats = By far my favorite and least favorite at the same time

    My thoughts exactly. I'd say second to last set of squats is the toughest. You want to be intense but you're tired and theres still another one to go...

    tricep specific exercises. to me they arent tricep specific and generally involve other muscles to much. the ones that are better isolated than others never feel like an exercise. just a motion, waste of time when comparing them to say something like a bicep curl for example.
