Squat help
I'm having issues with keeping my back upright/flat when I squat. I don't think its my back strength. I have a strong dead and abs are pretty good too. I put my pointer fingers on the rings. My feet are slightly wider than shoulder width, toes pointed out slightly. My head is looking forward. On my last few reps of a given set I just feel myself drifting forward? My form is good until i get tired and start drifting forward. WTF? Any ideas?

I like to put a 5 lb plate under each heel for stability. I find that when I squat flat footed I have some movement forward like you, but that the plate underneath helps stabilize.
Try it and see if that helps! You will feel a better connection to your quads this way as well, IMO.

Or simply drop the weight some, if you are doing it "fine" and then fade towards the end. Drop the weight some so you can do a full set without any issues.

Good advise with the 5s under the heel tho. I'm gonna have to give that a go.
