    left shoulder/arm weaker than right

    my left shoulder and arm is incredibly weaker than my right
    and its falling behind massively, im not sure why when i do barbells it gives way faster than my right in just about every barbell exercise

    bench, military press for example ...

    any advice? if you tell me to go read dont bother replying

    Try using more dumbbells and go to a doctor and see if you have a problem.

    I agree....Dumbells is where the strength comes from. Plus, if you're arm is a little weak, it will move into your body to help itself, where if you were on a barbell it's restricted to that weight and will become committed to it. Hence injury.
    My advice: Go easy for a minute and feel it out. Don't risk getting hurt and being out for a while. Just my .02

    so for example instead of flat bench press , i should try out db press,and get rid of most of my bb exercises for a little bit?

    Hmmm...What do you mean? Do you think that flat bench is necessary for bb?

    Dumbells!

    I never well very rarely use barbells, I feel like I get a much better work out with dbs plus they don't irritate my shoulder

    dumbells r suppose to b easier than using barbell, because of the free motion they offer when using them with less discomfort, although in ur case i would continue to use dumbell to try to ease the pain on ur shoulder. try to get use to it you ll find ur way out and maybe u 'll b happier.
