Hey guys if you got a spare second can you just state how many exercises you like to perform on each muscle group so i can get a rough idea if im about right.
I aim for:
Bi's - 10 sets
Tris - 12 sets
thighs - 15 sets
Hamstrings - 12 sets
back (lower and upper) - 12 sets
chest - 12-15 sets
abs - 8-10 sets
calves - 5 sets
shoulders - 12 sets
Can ya give me some advice on if i should increase or descrease on some muscle groups?
