    Sets per muscle group

    Hey guys if you got a spare second can you just state how many exercises you like to perform on each muscle group so i can get a rough idea if im about right.

    I aim for:

    Bi's - 10 sets
    Tris - 12 sets
    thighs - 15 sets
    Hamstrings - 12 sets
    back (lower and upper) - 12 sets
    chest - 12-15 sets
    abs - 8-10 sets
    calves - 5 sets
    shoulders - 12 sets

    Can ya give me some advice on if i should increase or descrease on some muscle groups?

    chest 12-15
    back 12-15
    legs 12
    calves 5-6
    bis 6-7
    tris 6-7
    forearms 5
    shoulders 10ish
    traps 5-6
    abs...whatev

    I like to do around 12 sets per major body part during a reload (high volume training phase) and around 6 sets during a deload (low volume training phase) when training a muscle "once a week".

    any where from 10 to 15 sets dependds on that day if iam feeling good or not. of course some part of the body need more work than others but just generally speaking.
