    First Cycle workout advice...

    Does anyone here have a good workout plan that they used during a cycle??? I'm trying to gain as much mass as possible. Thanks

    The whole point of having a number of solid years of training under your belt before you cycle is so that you know what style of training makes you grow! If you don't know what style of training your body responds to best, you haven't been working out long enough and don't need AAS.
