needs some advise from a trainer.

needs some advise from a trainer.
seems like over the past weeks i have been working myself out defination: basically my tricep and biceps are getting bigger but not my arms and wrist. also I'm seeing good results (gains) in my quads and hammy but not my shin and calfs; the same with my back and lats but not my chest or glute muscles. In some way my shape is a little awkward.

what do i need to do.

caveat: dont' tell me to hire a trainer, I can't afford one but a training book is available on my shelf. thanks for reply in advance

Genetics have A LOT to do with what each muscle can grow to, you're not the only one so don't worry.

You could use the "priority principle" and train your lagging body-parts first in the workout when they're fresh, however I wouldn't recommend apply that to fore-arms.

Hey bro what I meant was for you to tell us your entire workout routine (reps, sets, muscles worked on which days)

What are your stats as well? 2500 calories a day isn't that much for a man trying to gain mass.
