    bicep 3 x per week

I have a day where i do 3-4 different bicep workouts but on my other 2 days i do 1 workout and perform like 3-4 sets of ten....just anough to stretch and get a little pump....

i am having growth so i guess it is a success for me to do it this way...

    Is this too much?

    any opinions?

Depends. How many days are seperated from each workout? I'm sure you have it split evenly. If you're getting results then who am i to criticize?
I believe in giving arms their own day, but sometimes i will throw in some pushdowns after chest. And maybe some 21's after back. But those won't hurt my arm workouts cause they're too far apart. If it's workin, don't try to fix it.

If you're juicing, you're ok. I think so anyway.

you're body might respond better to 2's a week bice workout, some people get a way with 1 time some people i know they work'em for 3 times. in my opinion 3 times i think ita away too much. even if it was ok i couldn't fit it in my schedule.

i have lagging bi's so i tend to hit mine 2-3 times a week. i just do 3 sets of one exercise over 3 seperate days(so 9 sets total). high frequency is very useful for lagging bp's.

the muscle recovers far quicker with reduced volume. another good way of doin things is to progressively get heavier each workout. start form high reps and work down to low reps increasing the load each time you hit them.
