I had this thread on wrong place before.. on anabol side.
Just thought it belongs to here, anyways, I thought about this..

In Finland where I reside, we get pretty cold winters, and I have pretty good variety of workout equipment in my garage.

just wondering, is it any more effective to train hard at -3celsius or so, just need good warmup like always, but double good

So far I have not encountered any big problems, tho I didnīt bench much at my garage at Winter 2000 (we had -30 ~ -35 temps here )
