you dont look like you ever picked up a weight. least with not any consistency. you need to workout bro. i mean like 4-5 days a week for like 2 years straight. no breaks! your body will take shape, but you need to put the effort in. this stuff doesnt happen overnight.

you see thats the thing man...i went to a football powerhouse highschool....worked out a fair amount....was at my own personal gym when i orignally was trying to lose weight...now im not gonna say i was working out like a powerlifter..but trust me i did a good share..i even worked out with my friends who are in great shape and did their work outs..i just never see any changes. I can only see whole body shrinkage or just full body bulk growth kinda like in the pictures...

You should the thread i created
Points to follow for your success!
I believe you worked out and I believe you thought you were doing the right things. The thing is you were not though being consistent or having patience. Genetically, sure we are all different. Some may have to work longer than others to see results. You will see results if you put the time in I guarantee. Set up a workout routine, bring a notebook to record your lifts and to track progress, research and educate yourself about what you should be eating. Set up some goals for yourself. Goals keep you motivated during the months that pass while you workout. Take pics of yourself every three months so you can see the changes happening. Pics are great self motivators.
If you need ideas, keep reading this forum and/or make threads with questions. You can pretty much find everything you need if you just read whats already posted though.

Man, just go running every day for an hour or so and stop eating fast food. You are young, you can burn all that fat just but eating right.

hes right bro. im going to say this once but you need to repeat it "IT's YOUR DIET"
and do what Workout routines work for you just because your friends are in good shape and they to "Insert workout here" doesnt mean it works for you. do what works for you, the exercises you feel and the ones you like
