Pinched nerve
WHat up fellas. I found out today that is seems like I have a pinched nerve in my foot. The L5. I've had it for about a week but a friend that's a doc told me that my symptoms where of a pinched nerve. It has gotten better. Last week I couldn't feel the top of my foot. It's almost all back now in my foot and calve. My question is what can I do for cardio since I really shouldn't put pressure on the foot yet. I can't do legs yet either!!! ANy ideas?? This sucks!

weird. i had a pinched nerve in my upper back to where it hurt to breathe, but i worked out through it. i couldn't do squats though because the pain was very sharp and made me weak in the legs. but i could do chin ups and barbell rows all i wanted. the pain eventually went away but comes back every now and then very slightly.

do high rep exercises. you are still getting a cardiovascular workout. pushups, situps, etc.
