    Workout critique

    Hi guys. Im just getting back into the gym after a few year out so want to ain some mass. My diet is sorted so wanted opinion on the following split

    mon rest
    tues chest / biceps
    wed rest
    thurs back / triceps
    fri rest
    sat legs
    sun rest

    I was thinking of doing a 4 day split tho but have got college on a mon and tues night so cant train on those days.

    My stats are :

    29 years old
    6 foot tall
    weight 11 stone
    goal is bulk

    I'm not a fan of the split. No shoulders?

    I have done day on day off programs before (trials while on cycle) but not like that, and as Kaberle says, where are the shoulders??

    A lot depends on your body type, IMO i like a separate arm day'

    The one i did for awhile went;
    1; Chest
    2; off
    3; Legs
    4; off
    5; arms
    6; off
    7; shoulders
    8; off
    9; Back

    Abbs came in two times a program working upper and lower separately

    I did get some gains on this program but am now back onto a 5 on 2 off routine
