Hi guys. Im just getting back into the gym after a few year out so want to ain some mass. My diet is sorted so wanted opinion on the following split
mon rest
tues chest / biceps
wed rest
thurs back / triceps
fri rest
sat legs
sun rest
I was thinking of doing a 4 day split tho but have got college on a mon and tues night so cant train on those days.
My stats are :
29 years old
6 foot tall
weight 11 stone
goal is bulk
